Surveys & Valuations • Valuation Building Survey A building survey is a comprehensive inspection of the property. It is suitable for all types, especially listed buildings, older properties, properties constructed in an unusual way however old they are, properties you can renovate or alter in any way and properties that have extensive alterations. A building survey includes a detailed description of construction together with recommendations for short, medium and long term repairs. We include photographs of significant and developing problems and defects. Recommendations for further specialist inspections and reports. A building survey does not normally include a valuation but Besley Hill Chartered Surveyors can provide this separately if needed. Our service does not finish with the report landing on your doormat. We actively encourage our clients to discuss the implications of our findings so that we are able to advise you on options for ensuring the smooth purchase of your property.
